The Settings section in Log360 allows you to configure data sources, manage administrative controls, and customize system-level options. Settings are grouped into three categories: Log source configuration, Admin Settings, and System Settings.

Log source configuration

This section enables you to configure and manage all log sources in your environment. You can collect and monitor logs from devices, applications, databases, cloud services, and more. Refer to this page to learn more about log source configurations.

  • Devices - Manage Windows, Linux/Unix, Cisco, Juniper, Sonic, IBM AS400 devices, and other network devices.
  • Database Audit - Manage Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL Server, and Oracle databases.
  • Applications - Manage Microsoft IIS servers, vulnerability scanners, security applications, and other enterprise applications.
  • VM Management - Add and manage vCenter servers.
  • File Monitoring - Configure file integrity monitoring.
  • Import Logs - Import logs from IIS and Apache web servers, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle databases, print servers, and other sources.
  • Manage Cloud Sources - Monitor AWS and other cloud platforms.

Admin Settings

This section provides options to manage users, roles, device groups, data storage, integrations, and product configurations.

System Settings

This section contains system-level configurations and support utilities. Use these options to set up connectivity, notifications, ports, branding, and diagnostics.
