Shutdown ServiceDesk Plus MSP Server

Shutdown ServiceDesk Plus MSP on Windows

Click Start -> Programs -> ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP-> Shutdown ServiceDesk. A confirmation message is displayed.
Click OK to proceed with the shutdown.

Alternatively, right-click on the system tray icon and select Shut down Server. A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK to shut down ServiceDesk Plus MSP.

Shutdown ServiceDesk Plus MSP on Linux

Execute shutdown.sh file from the bin directory as given below,

sh shutdown.sh -S
